Our shop's offer for selected sculptures and bas-reliefs includes personalised laser engraving with your wishes (burned on the back of the bas-relief). We burn the texts selected by the customer directly into the wood structure to a depth of approx. 0.8 mm - 1 mm, guaranteeing permanent marking and personalisation of the product and thus a lifelong keepsake.
The engraving is free of charge only if the value of the order exceeds PLN 1000. For orders of lower value, the cost of the engraving is £40.
Deciding to have your wishes engraved on the sculpture means that you can no longer return the product as it becomes personalised. We therefore ask you to buy with thoughtful consideration.
The choice to place an engraving on our sculptures can be made at the level of adding the product to the shopping basket.
In our shop, you will find the tab "Personalised engravings", where we present ready-made examples of wishes for standard Christian occasions (wedding, baptism, first communion).
If the customer wishes to select one of our ready-made wish templates, please:
- indicate your wish to select personalised engraving on the sculpture (option "Engraving from Viktor-Art templates"),
- indicate the occasion (e.g. baptism, wedding, communion),
- enter the number of the selected template,
- write the names of those making the wishes,
- specify the date and place to be engraved.
If the client wishes to prepare their own wishes, please:
- indicate your wish to have an individual engraving on the sculpture ("Customer's individual engraving" option),
- specify your wishes in the "Additional information" text box, or
- enter "email" in the "Additional information" text box and send the content of your wishes to the email address: zajdel@viktor-art.pl (please quote your order number in the subject line of your message),
- If you have your own font and layout design - please send us the file in DXF / AI format.
In addition, we also offer the option of making an engraving with your wishes on self-adhesive laminate ( about 1-2mm thick ) in gold, silver or copper. This type of option is available by prior arrangement - please contact us by email or telephone to make use of it.
