Unique handicraft

Every handicraft that leaves the Viktor-Art Studio is created entirely by hand - from the careful selection of wood, through wood carving with a chisel, to the author's polychromy. Each sculpture bears the unique flair of its creator - it is the result of the work of an experienced sculptor, whose style and hand are visible in every detail.

The finished piece may differ subtly from the model shown in the photographs: the natural grain and shade of the wood are unique, and because we create the colours by combining oil pigments by hand, their tonality may differ slightly from that shown in the photograph. These slight deviations are a sign of authentic craftsmanship and guarantee that you receive a one-of-a-kind piece.

Please consider the photographs as inspiration and reference and not as a rigid template. The uniqueness of each piece gives Viktor-Art sculptures a collector's value and makes them, over time, a personal heirloom - a history written in wood.

Risk information:
The product can be coated with oil paints and fixed with nitro varnishes, which are safe for everyday use once dry. The surfaces of the sculptures give off no fumes and are neutral to the environment. However, the product is not suitable for food contact or consumption.

Instructions:
Care and cleaning: Clean the product gently with a dry, soft cloth (e.g. microfibre). Avoid the use of chemicals and water - these can damage the surface or wooden elements. If dust settles on the sculpture or ornaments, a soft bristle brush can be used. Assembly and display: The wood figure should be placed on a stable, flat surface. In the case of a bas-relief, it can be hung from a peg or other mount that will hold its weight securely (it is recommended to use a mount with a load allowance, usually up to a few kilograms). Ensure that the mounting or display location is sturdy and will support the weight. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight to avoid fading of materials and colours. Avoid storing in areas with high humidity (e.g. bathroom) to prevent deformation of the wood and materials. The product is best stored and displayed in rooms with stable temperatures.

Disposal instructions:
The product is made of lime wood, coated with minimal oil paint and nitro varnish and does not require special disposal procedures. The sculptures can be disposed of in accordance with local wood or municipal waste regulations, provided the product does not contain other materials requiring special treatment. If in doubt, it is advisable to consult local regulations for the disposal of decorative objects.
