A. Viktor-Art's return policy

1. Right of withdrawal:
      1. A consumer or a person acting on the rights of a consumer who has made a distance purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. Exceptions to this right arise from the applicable legislation, including Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
2 Withdrawal procedure:
      • To withdraw from the contract, please contact us by e-mail at zajdel@viktor-art.pl or by post at the address Viktor-Art s.c. H.J.P. Zajdel, ul. Szkolna 26, 38-430 Miejsce Piastowe, informing about your decision and sending the withdrawal form (point 6).
      • Contact before shipping the returned goods:Before returning the goods, the Consumer should contact us by email at zajdel@viktor-art.pl to arrange details of how and when the goods will be shipped.
3. condition of the returned product:
      • The product to be returned must be in unaltered condition with no signs of use other than those necessary to check its features and functionality.
      • The product must be sent back to the address indicated within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
      • The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning, inter alia:
        • Services which have been fully performed with the consent of the consumer, who has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal after the performance.
        • Customised or tailor-made products (including individual engraving).
        • Goods delivered in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
        • Products with a short shelf life or which, once delivered, become inseparable from other items.
5. Return of payment:
      • Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation of its condition by the Seller, Viktor-Art will refund the amount paid within 14 days.
      • Refunds will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

    INFORMATION:
    1. In order to withdraw from the contract with the Seller, you can send the completed, signed form and scanned to the address of the Website by traditional mail or by e-mail to: zajdel@viktor-art.pl.
    The user who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without stating a reason and without incurring costs within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract by sending a declaration as described in item 1. Sending the declaration before its expiry is sufficient to meet this deadline.
    (3) Pursuant to Article 31 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.

    B. Viktor-Art Complaints Policy

    1. notification of complaint

      In the case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Consumer should send the advertised product to the address of the company "Viktor-Art" s.c. H.J.P. Zajdel, ul. Szkolna 26, 38-430 Miejsce Piastowe, Poland together with a description of the problem. The cost of postage is paid by the Consumer.
    2. contact before dispatch

      Before returning the goods, the consumer should contact us by e-mail at zajdel@viktor-art.pl or by telephone on +48 509 947 669 to arrange details of the method and date of dispatch.
    3. Handling of complaints

      The company "Viktor-Art" will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the goods with a description of the discrepancy (form item 9).
    4 Claim form

      A model complaint form is attached as Appendix 2 to the Regulations - Complaint Form.
    5 Liability of the shop

      The company "Viktor-Art" s.c. H.J.P. Zajdel shall be liable to the Consumer on the basis of the warranty law, in accordance with the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended), for a period of 24 months in the case of new goods and 12 months in the case of used goods.
    6 Consumer rights under warranty

      If a defect is found, the Consumer has the right to demand:

      • Replacement of goods
      • Repairs to goods
      • Price reductions
      • Withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is material)

      The company "Viktor-Art" will consider the Consumer's requests within 14 days of receipt, taking into account:

      • Ease and speed of replacing or repairing goods
      • Nature of the defect (material or immaterial)
      • Whether the goods have been previously advertised
    7 Restrictions and refusals

      The company "Viktor-Art" may refuse to replace or repair the goods if it is impossible to do so or would involve excessive costs compared to the Consumer's other request. In such a case, we will propose an alternative solution.
    8 Complaints about services
